Pricing FAQ
- What counts as a “business”?
- A separate set of campaigns inside your Google Ads account. If you run a bakery and a consulting practice, that’s two businesses — different products, different audiences, different ads. They share your one Google Ads account but get their own campaigns, budgets, and AI strategy.
- Do you charge based on my ad spend?
- No. Flat monthly subscription, regardless of how much you spend on Google Ads. Your ad spend goes directly from your billing method to Google — AdsWav never touches it. Spend $500/month or $20,000/month, the AdsWav price is the same.
- Can I switch tiers later?
- Yes. Upgrade or downgrade anytime from settings. Upgrades are prorated to the day. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
- What’s the trial?
- 14 days of full Pro access — up to 10 businesses, every feature. We require a card to verify you’re a real human, but we never auto-charge. When the trial ends, you choose a plan or your account pauses (campaigns stop, your data stays).
- What if I’m unhappy after I pay?
- You get 14 days from your first paid charge to ask for a full refund. Email hello@adswav.ai. No call, no “let us save you,” no hoops. Combined with the trial, that’s 28 days of risk-free time to decide.
- Need more than 10 businesses?
- Email hello@adswav.ai and we’ll work something out. We don’t do enterprise sales calls.
- Can I cancel anytime?
- Yes. No contracts. Cancel from settings in two clicks. We do not pro-rate refunds for the current month, but you keep access until the end of the period you’ve paid for.
