1. What AdsWav Is

AdsWav is an AI-powered tool that creates, manages, and optimises Google Ads campaigns on your behalf. It is built and operated by SWH Alpha Sdn. Bhd., a company registered in Malaysia.

AdsWav is an independent product. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Google LLC or Alphabet Inc. We access Google Ads through its public API as an independent developer.

2. Your Account

You sign in with your Google account. By connecting your Google Ads account, you authorise AdsWav to read your campaign data and make changes on your behalf, including creating campaigns, adjusting bids, pausing or resuming ads, and modifying budgets.

You must be the owner or an authorised administrator of the Google Ads account you connect. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to grant this access.

You can revoke AdsWav's access at any time — either from the Settings page within AdsWav, or by removing AdsWav from your Google account permissions. When access is revoked, we immediately delete your stored OAuth tokens and stop all campaign management.

3. Spending & Budget Responsibility

AdsWav operates within the daily budget cap you set. You control how much is spent. However, actual ad spend is charged by Google directly to your Google Ads billing account — AdsWav does not process or collect ad spend payments.

You are responsible for monitoring your Google Ads billing and ensuring your payment method is valid. AdsWav provides tools like spending gates, budget caps, and emergency brakes, but these are best-effort safeguards, not guarantees.

4. AI-Powered Decisions

AdsWav uses artificial intelligence to make campaign decisions autonomously. This includes choosing keywords, writing ad copy, setting bids, and reallocating budgets. These decisions are made by AI algorithms, not humans.

We cannot guarantee specific results such as clicks, conversions, revenue, or return on ad spend. Advertising performance depends on many factors outside our control, including your product, market conditions, competition, and ad platform behaviour.

5. Data Handling

When you connect your Google Ads account, we store an encrypted OAuth token to maintain access. Tokens are encrypted using AES-256-GCM and stored in our database hosted on Supabase (Singapore region). We also store your email address, business information you provide, and campaign performance data.

Your Google Ads data is used solely to create, manage, and optimise campaigns on your behalf. We do not sell, rent, or share your Google Ads data with any third party for their own purposes. AI processing (Anthropic Claude) receives campaign context only to generate strategies and ad copy — it does not retain your data after processing.

6. Disconnecting Your Account

You can disconnect your Google Ads account at any time from the Settings page. When you disconnect, AdsWav will immediately stop managing your campaigns. Your existing Google Ads campaigns will continue running under whatever settings were last applied — you are responsible for managing them directly after disconnecting.

7. Limitation of Liability

AdsWav is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will achieve any particular advertising results.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SWH Alpha Sdn. Bhd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of revenue, lost profits, or wasted ad spend, arising from your use of the service.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will notify you by email or through a notice on the service. Your continued use of AdsWav after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
